David Middleton was born in Glasgow, Scotland and raised in Edmonton, Canada where he studied architecture, cabinet making and -- finally -- graphic design, in that order.

All this early thrashing about produced a multi-disciplined designer who is comfortable working in many mediums and in three-dimensions.

David has been art director of January Magazine since 1997 and his work has appeared in magazines and newspapers around the world.
